Removing T-mobile from T610?

Is here someone who can explain to clear tzhe 610 from the Vodafone crap ?? I have the terminatordongle , DIV 8.2 and the GDFS File from this Page also.
Please explain it Step by Step.

T-610 - Europe / Asia
T-616 - USA (T-Mobile, AT&T)
T-618 - China

copy DIV manaul
Installing
1. Plug DONGLE into LPT (Printer) port
2. Plug cable into DONGLE and the other part into USB port
3. Start the software

Do NOT run the software directly from CD, copy first to your local HDD !!
Now is ready to work with phones.

Working steps
1. Plug phone WITHOUT battery to cable
2. Put the battery to phone
3. Do NOT power ON the phone!!
4. Make desired operation
5. Remove battery
6. Remove cable from phone's bottom connector

!!! Do NOT press any buttons on phone when any operation is in progress !!!

I flash my VF as below

click the "Flash AVR CPU with" and " Flash ARM CPU with" and select related T610_HongKong_R1L013.sbn" and "T610_Modem_R1L013.arm", then click "Make selected Jobs"

after those operation succesed, click the "write GDFS file with" select " T610_Original_GDFS_area.gdf", then click "Make selected Jobs"

Unlock WAP and Browser from vodafone or O2 customizations.
Remove All WAP Links from vodafone or O2 customizations.
Remove O2 or Vodafone start up logos and Restore Original by SonyEricsson
Remove vodafone or O2 Screen Theme and Restore All Originals of T610 SIM FREE.

I would just add to the above that it is wise to remove your SIM card also before starting. Also you do not need to flash the ARM file to remove branding. Just the .sbn and .gdf are sufficient, however it will not hurt to flash the .arm but you can only do that with the Terminator (however you have that so you are good to go).

Hi Guys,
I'm new to all this too and I was wonder if the flash for the T616 is the same as the flash for the T610? If not where can I get the right flash?

I might add that it is also not good to flash AND update the AVR without updating the ARM to the same version at the same time.
ARM and AVR need to be the same versions.

Hi guys, I have some more newbie questions. :?
Do you need credit to upgrade/flash the firmware?
Does flashing the firmware also unlocks the phone or it's a whole different operation?
What softwares do you need to flash besides the flashing software and the AVR + ARM flash? Do you need the GDFS and patched DIV 8.x AVR files?
And the terminator dongle should be the only cable needed right?

Sorry for the many questions, I tried to read a lot of the posts here but I just got myself confused.
