R4 for R 520m...

I have R520m but it firmware till R2, can anyone tell me how to upgrade my mobile to R4 without go to Sonyericsson Service Point ( R 520 not sale in my country) ??

Thanks before,I downloaded D82, but how it works....? I never do anything to my mobile ( just user" call, SMS, WAP") and didn't know how to make it work better. So please tell me// is the dongle = USB/data cable ?. If it was USB , i just plug in to my mobile and PC or else?

The dongle plugs into your LPT port and also has a USB connection for it's power!
