Flashing the T610 again

Hi, all i paid for a log to flash my phone to get all the vodacrap out, problems is that the chap i paid is having a problem sending me the .avr file. Can i download it from somewhere else and use the flashing_gold_v410 with the credit (user name & password) and the downloaded file or do i have to wait for his email file and only use that :?:

I have, then i opened up the flash program put the avr file in the box hit the flash button and it said "sending loger" i waited i hour still said sending logger and nothing happend ?????????
