Hi,

The ARM files are only used for the modem and data functions of the phone and because of that don't contain any languages at all. If you want a simplified chienese phone then you just need to flash in a AVR file from the downloads section with your choice of laguage in.

Hi,

You can't upgrade firmware yet, only change languages on your current version. This is due to ARM flashing not working correctly yet.

The files uploaded are all the files available. If you can't find what you need then it's because SonyEricsson haven't released it :(
